Corrections and Disputes
If a page on this site says something about you that is wrong, this is where you tell us. What you send goes to a person, not to a queue.
You do not need a lawyer to use it, and you do not have to be the person named. If you are a colleague, a family member or a representative, say so in the form.
What to send
Point us at the page. The address is quickest, and the name on the page works too.
Say which statement is wrong and what the accurate version is. “The whole thing is false” is much harder to act on than “the invoice was paid on 14 March and here is the receipt”.
Then tell us what backs it up. Bank records, contracts, message threads, a filed complaint. If you would rather not put a document into a web form, describe what you have and we will arrange another way to send it.
What happens next
We read it and answer within five business days.
Where the claim is wrong, we correct the page or remove it, and the page then says what changed. Where we think the report stands, we say so and give you the reason. Either way a person answers you.
You can also ask us to publish your side of it on the same page. We will run that as long as it does not defame somebody else.
While we look at it
The page stays up while we work, unless what you send makes it obvious on its face that it should not. We would rather answer you in five days than take a page down every time someone asks and put it back a week later.
